常营娜,女,博士,讲师。现任suncitygroup太阳集团/新能源化学储能与动力电源研究院教师。2015年获石河子大学工学学士学位,2018年获北京化工大学工学硕士学位,2021年获天津大学理学博士学位。2021年进入盐城师范学院工作。发表SCI论文12篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在ACSApplied Materials & Interfaces, Carbon, Science China Materials等期刊上发表论文6篇。申请国家发明专利2项。
